The Park's many amenities include:

• large air-conditioned ballroom/recreation hall with capacity for 500 people

• billiards room with four tables

• modern fully-equipped kitchen

• large modern laundromat

• heated pool and hot tub - completely resurfaced Summer 2020

• pickleball courts

• shuffleboard courts

• library and game rooms

Street maintenance, water, sewer and trash pickup are all provided by the City of Mission.
