Fiesta Village Park has 428 lots which are each owned by individuals. The lot may have a Park Model trailer, a 5th Wheel trailer, a Motor Home, a canopy or just be vacant. Mobile homes are not allowed due to lot size and tax zoning. No person may own more than 4 lots. As a general rule, Park Models have one bedroom and one bath when on one lot.
Before purchasing or renting, please read the Parks Bylaws and Covenants.
Also please check the rental reviews for the property you are considering to rent.
To view sale or rental property information, click on the For Sale or For Rent links at the top of this page. To determine where sale or rental property is located in the park, see the park map at the bottom of each listing page.
Additional Property Sales and Rentals information may be available as follows:
1) A list of properties and contact info is available at the Front Desk (located in the Fiesta Village Hall)
2) On the Hall bulletin board in the Fiesta Village Hall
3) Through other advertising means selected by Fiesta Village owners.
All property sales or rentals are transacted by the individual owners (or their designees). No property sale or rental will be transacted on this Website or by Front Desk personnel. Additional information on the property must be obtained from the Contact who is listed for the property.

FIESTA VILLAGE OWNERS: As a service to park owners in good standing, properties may be advertised for sale or rent on this Website free of charge. If you are interested in advertising your property (sale or rental) on this Website, send your information with up to 7 pictures to fiestavillagetx@gmail.com with the appropriate subject line (see instructions below) . Please send a separate email for each property.
Important: please be sure to keep us updated on the status of your post (Sold, Available/Unavailable)
