Fiesta Village (FV) is a 55 and older community located in Mission Texas. It is part of the beautiful Rio Grande Valley that contains a variety of golf courses, shopping centers and restaurants. There are numerous hospitals, doctors and nursing facilities in the area as well. The adjoining cities are McAllen and Edinburg.
FV is just minutes from nature centers, state parks and an hour from beautiful South Padre Island. The friendly border town of Progresso Mexico is less than an hour away for shopping. Their low-cost attractions include dentistry, eyes, ears plus haircuts and body conditioning. See the Attractions tab for a list of things to do in the area.

FV is a private community consisting of 428 lots. Our residents own their own lot and housing unit. The park is zoned by city ordinance to allow only park model homes and recreational vehicles. Full-sized mobile homes are NOT permitted.
RV lots and fully furnished park models are for Sale or Rent at any given time by the owners. You can find listings and contact information on this website.
The city of Mission owns and maintains the streets and curbs plus provides twice a week garbage pickup for a monthly fee that is included in your water bill.
The park is managed by a Board of Directors elected by residents. Regular Board Meetings provide residents the opportunity for involvement in the decision making process.
FV is a volunteer park with residents handling most of the Park's needs and activities. This allows the annual dues per lot to be kept at a minimum.

The weather is the main attraction that brings thousands of retirees to the Rio Grande Valley (RGV). Warm temperatures, abundant sunshine, gentle gulf breezes, rustling palm trees, citrus fruit trees, beautiful flowers and flat terrain make the Valley an attractive paradise. The RGV is huge and extends along the southernmost Texas border with Mexico. The RGV is a well-kept secret incorporating thousands of acres of citrus groves, sugar cane farms, vegetable plantations and other agricultural crops that boast of all the amenities of a rural agricultural environment.
However, if we happen to get snow, our FV team of volunteers has a guaranteed to respond within 24 hours.
